Traditional hourly consultant

  • Retainer up front before any work
  • Hourly billing regardless of outcome
  • Weeks of on-site manual review
  • One auditor, one client at a time
  • Limited to a single practitioner's knowledge

Input Recovery

  • Contingent fee — no recovery, no fee
  • Findings surfaced in under 60 seconds
  • 69 detection types run in parallel
  • Licensed partner audits and files
  • Grounded in ETA and provincial statute
  • Re-run anytime as new ledger data arrives
  • Cancel anytime, no minimums
FREQUENTLY ASKED

Pricing questions

How does "no recovery, no fee" actually work?

You sign a contingent engagement letter with one of our partner firms. They run the audit, file the refund, and defend it with CRA. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. If a refund lands, the partner takes a share (typically 50% of the refund) and you receive the rest.

What counts as a page on self-serve?

One page is one rendered page of an OCR'd PDF invoice. CSV uploads do not consume OCR pages — only PDFs and image attachments do.

Is there a minimum monthly fee on Pay as you go?

No. You pay only for what you use. If you upload nothing, you owe nothing.

What happens after I burn through 50 free pages?

Nothing breaks. We notify you and pause OCR until you add a card. Existing findings stay.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. No notice period. Your data and prior reports stay accessible.

Do you offer invoiced billing for Enterprise?

Yes — annual contracts with NET-30 invoicing. Email gtm@inputrecovery.com to scope a multi-client deployment.
